Information you submit
When you use a website inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional company or organization, inquiry details, and any communication preferences you select. Please do not submit Social Security or tax identification numbers, financial account information, tax returns, or confidential documents through a website form.
Website, cookie & campaign information
We use HubSpot to host forms, manage prospective-client communications, provide the website’s cookie-consent tools, understand website activity, and record campaign or referral information. Subject to the choices recorded through the consent banner, Google Analytics may help us understand website visits and which marketing efforts lead to inquiries, Google Ads may measure calls from advertising visits by temporarily replacing the displayed new-client inquiry number with a Google forwarding number, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag may collect information about visits and interactions for advertising measurement and relevant retargeting. A Google forwarding number still routes the call to our sales and marketing line. The Contact page includes an embedded Google map, and Google may receive technical information when the map loads.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, manage related communications, send marketing communications when a person chooses to receive them, operate and improve the website, understand which marketing efforts generate relevant inquiries, measure advertising, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe. Submitting information does not create a client relationship.
Service providers
We use service providers, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google, to support website forms, customer relationship management, analytics, advertising measurement and retargeting, the embedded map, and related website functions. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Your cookie choices
You can use the website’s consent banner, when presented, to accept, decline, or manage nonessential cookies. You can also adjust cookie controls through your browser. Google Analytics, Google Ads call measurement, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag load only after the corresponding consent choice is granted. HubSpot and technologies needed to provide or remember consent choices may still load.
Retention & security
We retain inquiry and related communication information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and website forms are not a secure channel for tax documents or other sensitive financial information. If secure document delivery becomes appropriate, we will provide separate instructions.
